Yes, it's real. Garrett wakeboarded with Eric. Eric was getting ready to go and Garrett was out there swimming with him so he decided he would just try and see if he could get up with Garrett. So Garrett is standing on the wakeboard and holding onto the rope as well. We were so excited and couldn't believe he really did it. Believe it or not he was more scared on the tube than he was on the wakeboard.
Garrett's other new trick is he can ride his bike without the training wheels. Eric took them off the other night and he held onto him for like 2 seconds and then Garrett said, "Ok Dad let go" and off he was. He has been riding like crazy and you would never guess that he had just barely learned. He has already been trying to do tricks...crazy boy!! Needless to say he is always wanting to ride his bike now. One problem though, we can't find his helmet.

Boys are so crazy! Way to go Garrett on the wakeboarding! Carson's been riding without training wheels all summer and he's to the point where's he's starting to scare me...going off curbs and trying to pop wheelies I just pray we finish off this summer WITHOUT stiches.
Wakeboarding at such a young age, way to go Garrett! That is awesome! He will be a pro by the age of 6! :)
Start them early - we have friends with 3 yr old twin girls who were up on skis this summer - CRAZY! Now we have to get Christian to see what Garrett has learned.
Way to go Garrett!
That kills me he was not even scared, I am a big chicken...way to go Garrett.
