I started a tradition this year that the kids would have birthday parties with their friends every other year. This was an off year for the kids so we spent Garrett's birthday as a family. We took him to Trafalga, shopping, dinner. Garrett wasn't feeling very good on his birthday (of course) so we didn't stay out very long. We ended up taking him to the doctor the next day and he had strep. For some reason it seems like my kids are always sick on their birthday.
Garrett we love you so much! I can't believe you are already 7 and next year you will be baptized. You are such a good brother to your sisters and brother. You love going in Boston's room in the morning and getting him out of his bed even if he isn't crying. You love playing sports! We are so glad you are a part of our family and we love you tons.
